Our Story · The Heart of the Cafe
A mother, a daughter, and a whole lot of cream.
Every morning before the doors open, Tu and her Mom are already in the kitchen — piping, folding and baking each choux shell by hand. Their recipes pair classic French pastry technique with the flavors they grew up loving in Vietnam: Thai tea, coconut, ube, strong dark coffee.
Up front, Tien keeps things warm and welcoming — remembering your usual, recommending something new, and making sure every visit feels like stopping by a friend's place.
